Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Vulnios platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individual users and organizations.

Vulnios is a hybrid cybersecurity platform providing vulnerability scanning, CVE intelligence, SBOM analysis, threat intelligence feeds, and security automation tools. The Service includes both cloud-hosted components and optional on-premise worker agents.

• ›You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• ›You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• ›One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
• ›You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• ›Use the Service to scan or test systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to test
• ›Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• ›Use the Service to distribute malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or engage in other harmful activities
• ›Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• ›Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization
• ›Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or generate through the Service, including scan results, findings, and reports. We do not claim ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

• ›Free tier is available with limited features and usage quotas
• ›Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• ›Payments are processed securely through Stripe — we do not store payment card details
• ›You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• ›Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans
• ›We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.

The Vulnios platform, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission. CVE data sourced from the NVD, FIRST.org, and CISA is used under their respective terms and is in the public domain.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Vulnerability scan results and threat intelligence data are informational and should not be considered as professional security advice. You are responsible for validating findings and implementing appropriate remediation measures.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
